I took the full minute after that and then continued with set 5! Woo Hoo! I am dripping sweat even with the outside door open to my exercise room! I am beet red! Amazing and quick workout! Would you please explain the studies behind the new, shorter yet more intense workouts? I love it!<br />No more "I don't have time" excuses!!
