Dance Party Workout : Thigh Challenge

I am so thrilled to share my new video with you... finallyWhen my friends ask me to show them a little bit of what I do in my classes I usually make everyone gather around and do this together. This exercise is so much fun and boy oh boy does it burn! Make it a fun activity at your next party... Who can last the longest?! Your thighs will definitely feel the effects of this two minute workout. It burns so good!!

Note: This exercise can be hard on the knees so if you have any knee injuries or want some more support, place a pilates ball or other soft ball (I found some at Walmart for $1.50) in between your knees.
