Fit in Fifteen

Hi Babes! I've got a great workout for you that will only take fifteen minutes. That's right. You can be Beach Babe fit in only fifteen minutes! Sounds good? Let's go!

Note that this should be done on a flat surface and please, please let me know if you need any further modifications. If you need a breather, take a 30 second break in between rounds.
