Healthy Cookies!

I was having a major sweet tooth over the weekend when I remembered a recipe I found on my mom's blog. Seriously, these cookies are the bomb. They totally cured my sweet tooth and even though I ate several of them, I didn't feel guilty at all. I mean come on, check out the ingredients. Totally healthy and totally delicious .... Basically my favorite combo ever.

Ingredients: 
3 Mashed bananas (ripe)
1/3 Cup unsweetened organic apple sauce
2 Cup rolled oats
1/4 Cup unsweetened almond milk
1 Tsp vanilla
1 Tsp cinnamon

Optional:
1 Tbs Chia Seeds
1/3 Cup Nibs
1/3 Cup dark chocolate chips


To Make: 
Mix all ingredients together. Spoon onto a greased (with coconut oil) baking tray.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. 


Voila! They have basically three ingredients, bananas, apples and oats, all of which are totally healthy. As you can see I added my own little spin on them by adding chocolate chips, nibs and chia seeds. You can try adding dried fruit, flax seed, nuts etc. Go wild!
