Hi Babes! Here is your super duper exercise from last week. If you've been following for awhile, you may notice that for the past two weeks I've been posting your exercise on Monday as opposed to Friday. Not to worry, this week I will be posting two exercises so we can get back on track to our Friday workouts. Now, back to business... This workout is a toughie that's going to require and develop your core strength... Let's work it!!
Notice how I say go as fast as you can. This means to go as slow as you need to really focus on the movement and your body positioning. As always, safety is much more important than speed.
