Skinny Strawberry Lemonade


The benefits of lemon water are endless. Most of us know that drinking lemon water throughout the day can help with digestion, hydration and even balance our PH levels.

Lemonade however, not so much. That is unless you're making this healthy version of strawberry lemonade... all the benefits of lemon water but with a yummy twist and no sugar that you'll find in most lemonades.

It's pretty much the easiest recipe ever and perfect for hot summer days...

So, here ya go. For one glass you'll need:

1 Organic Strawberry
1 Slice of Peeled lemon
1 Cup of Ice (4 large cubes)
1/2 cup Water
Dash of Stevia (or 1 teaspoon of honey if you must)

Place lemon slice, strawberry, sweetener and ice into the blender. Press start or Whole Juice if you are using a Blendtec. Slowly add 1/2 cup of water. When blended thoroughly, lemonade should be slushy and mixed well. Pour and enjoy. Double, triple, or quadruple as needed.
