Fit Tip: My New Rule



The Santa Ana winds are in full force here in SoCal and that means not only is it in the nineties (Lord, help the nine month pregnant woman!) but it's as dry as a desert. Yesterday, I found myself returning to the fridge for a snack every half hour...

You know those times when you just stare at all the food in a fully stocked fridge and nothing sounds good? Well, I decided that instead of going over every possible snack or meal in my head, I'd chug a glass of water. I did that a few times and I realized, "I'm not hungry, I'm thirsty!"

Almost all of us walk around dehydrated every day without even knowing it. Are you drinking enough water? Especially with summer approaching,  stay hydrated by drinking half your weight in ounces of water every day. Up almost 40 pounds, I need to be drinking 20 more ounces of water a day! Eeek!

Sooooo... my new rule is this: 
Before I eat anything, including first thing in the morning, I'm chugging a big ol' glass of water. It's a fairly easy fit tip that will make a huge difference. Join me, will ya?
