It’s my favorite time of the year in Southern CA. It’s still beautiful and sunny…. minus the scorch of summer.

I can almost feel fall in the air. The hustle and bustle of summer has come and gone and for all of you mamas with older children, school is back in session (at long last!). I’m taking advantage of these final days of summer by soaking up the sun… aka outdoor workouts! It’s the perfect time to focus on our fitness and treat ourselves to a new Target® C9 outfit!

Here are just a few of the ways that I'm staying active in Target® C9...
  • Paddle Boarding: If you're lucky enough to to live by the water, it's the perfect time of the year for stand up paddle boarding. It's such a fun activity and a great workout. 
  • Outdoor Yoga & Bootcamp: Before it gets too cold, head to your local park or beach. Turn on some relaxing music and stretch or try a simple circuit of pushups, sit-ups and sprints! Focus on nothing but Y-O-U.

  •  Hikes: I love hiking because it’s a super workout for your booty and thighs and the view from the top is always the best!
