Holiday Tracking : One Step at a Time



We’ve reached the end of the year. It’s a time when we do less and we eat more. We let ourselves go and tell ourselves that in the New Year we will “get after those fitness goals.” We will give it 110% next month, but this month…0%

That’s the problem with goals. Sometimes they can seem overwhelming and daunting, and who needs that hanging over them during the holidays? Not me.  However, did you know that there’s an easier way to reach those lofty weight loss goals?

I was recently sent a Fitbit Flex, which helps me to reach my goals one day at a time. With my Fitbit, I’m not thinking about losing “X” amount of pounds in “X” amount of time, but I can focus on taking the baby out for one more walk around the block or going to sleep an hour earlier to meet my goals for the day.
