It can be hard for me to workout without music. Music can change the course of your workout. Just when you think about giving up, your favorite song comes on, and you're able to push yourself even further. Here are two songs to add to your playlist this week! The first one is by Calvin Harris. He's one of my favorite artists to work out to. The second is an older Beyonce song... it's just so funky I can't help but move when I hear it!
