Today is the Day

I will forever remember a conversation I had with one of my roommates in college. We were discussing our weight and how we wish we could just loose a few pounds! We remembered that we had a similar conversation a few months earlier. Then, which was kind of a depressing thought, we realized that had we made the necessary changes when we had our initial conversation, we would probably be where we wanted today. That's the thing about today. It's so easy to say tomorrow, to push off our exercise or to eat poorly for just one more day... 


Like every year, many people made new years resolutions to take better care of their bodies. Some of those people are seeing dramatic changes right now. Some others are still stuck in the same rut, wishing they would have committed to their decisions. It's time to stop wanting and start doing. Don't let one more day pass by without going after what you want. You can do it!
