12 Minutes to Rock Your Body

The excuse that "I just don't have enough time in the day to get a good workout" just doesn't fly with me. Yes, you read the title correctly, in only 12 minutes, you can give your body a good kick in the butt with this high intensity interval training circuit. This type of exercise is proven to blast fat, reduce cellulite, burn loads of calories and change the shape of your body in only minutes.

Set your timer and do the following exercises as fast and as strong as you can for one minute each. Repeat 3xs. Ready? Set? Go!

Notice how a lot of the above exercises include coming off of the ground? Make sure that when you come up, you land softly back on the ground, with bent knees. To prevent injury, NEVER land with your legs straight. Push yourself for one minute each exercise as hard and as fast as you can. Slow down if you need to, but whatever you do, do not stop! Just keep repeating... "I can do anything for 12 minutes!"
