5 Minutes to a Better Butt

Hi Babes! I love this booty exercise! It really targets the outer glutes, trimming the hips and shaping the butt at the same time. This is a great pilates mat exercise for all levels and abilities (even pregnant ladies, like me, can do it) . It's low impact, requires no equipment, and it's super effective!
