The Triple Threat: Arms, Ass + Abs

Hi Babes! Your new exercise has arrived! I love this exercise because it works all the necessary areas - the arms, ass and abs. What more do you need? This is a great exercise whether your pregnant or not. I definitely can feel the extra baby weight in those arms!

Make sure that you're pressing your weight forward into the palms to really feel the burn in your arms. If you'd like a little more work for the arms, stay on your palms for as long as you can before coming down to the forearms.

I recommend pairing this exercise with your favorite cardio workout to burn fat and tone up.

Equipment needed: 
A carpeted floor or yoga mat.
