Prenatal Workout with Julia Schwier

In Part II, following last week's prenatal interview (click here if you missed it), Julia leads me through a great prenatal workout. All Mama's-to-be follow me as Julia shows us some great exercises to help with pelvic floor stability and safely strengthen the abdominals and gluteus. All us pregnant ladies should work on the following exercises throughout pregnancy and especially into our second and third trimesters.


While Julia does an excellent job of explaining (and you can see me demonstrating) each exercise, I've broken down the sets and repetitions so that you can do it on your own. Put your favorite playlist on and enjoy your prenatal workout, mama!
