My Favorite Protein Bar


Hey Babes! Let me start by saying that I haven't gotten any free bars and no, this is not a sponsored post. I genuinely love Quest Bars. They have become my go-to, favorite protein bar. Bar none. (pun intended).

Quest bars are gluten free, low in sugar, no artificial sweeteners, soy free and loaded with high quality protein. They also taste amazing. With 20 grams of protein and lots of fiber, they truly are the perfect post workout treat. I find myself eating them 2-3 days a week.

Sweetened with Stevia (the only zero calorie sweetener you should ever eat), my favorite flavors are Chocolate Brownie, Strawberry Cheesecake, and Cinnamon Roll.  If you haven't tried a Quest Bar yet, you can find them here.
