Hi Babes! What a year 2014 has been. There's only one day left and I have to say, I'm sorry to see it go. This was by far, the best year of my life.
I gave birth to a happy, healthy baby boy. I helped to launch a brand new workout at the 2014 Idea World Fitness Expo. I made huge progress on this here blog (thank you, popsugar!). I moved into a nicer place... twice. I got a new car (hey, sometimes it's the little things!). My husband and I are finally in a position to buy a house. And I finally found balance in my life.
I've turned down some amazing opportunities to work with Towel Toning and Bari Fitness to continue to focus on Beach Babe Fitness (that's you) and of course my responsibilities as a mom. It took a few months, but I'm finally accepting that I cannot do it all. I especially cannot do it all well.
I'm entering 2015 as a full-time mom (the best job in the world), part-time fitness instructor, and part-time blogger (tied for second best jobs in the world). I've taken the last few weeks of the year to focus on my goals for the new year. I've never been more ready to become excellent in just a few things as opposed to mediocre in several. Soooooo get ready for some changes!
